This is where I grew up-- the suburbs of Chicago, to be exact. Wandering around under thick tree leaves while the sun fights it's way through; digging in the dirt for treasure. I got the chance to go back to my hometown a few weeks ago and made myself available for some family sessions. I knew I would love to capture some of that forest magic for families raising kids under the same trees that I grew under.
